These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through our website www.campervinn.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We sell vehicle parts and related products online. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for guidance and may vary by size or supplier.

To place an order, you must:

-Agree to these Terms of Sale

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through secure online gateways. Orders will not be confirmed until payment is successfully received.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming:
-Order details
-Estimated delivery or fitting time
-Total amount paidThis confirmation does not signify acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order or confirm a fitting appointment.

We offer tyre fitting or home delivery services based on your location. Estimated times are provided but not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as courier delays or supply issues.

You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless:
-The product has been used or fitted
-The item is customised or made-to-order

To request a return, contact us at vinncamper@gmail.com. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

We are not responsible for:
-Indirect or consequential loss
-Delays caused by events beyond our control
-Any loss caused by incorrect fitting or use not in accordance with manufacturer guidanceOur total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant goods.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
